Career with Borehole Wireline
Borehole Wireline is a young and dynamic company providing wireline services to the mining industry throughout Australia and overseas.
Using the latest logging technology Borehole Wireline has grown significantly through providing professional, expert services to our valued clients and is now seeking Geophysical Loggers to join our operations.
Working on client sites across Australia on a standard roster is 2 weeks on, 1 week off (however, this may vary) roster.
Depending on the work location this would either be flying in and out (FIFO) or driving in and out (DIDO).
No previous experience as a logger is required, although previous experience in mechanical, electrical trades or mining related backgrounds would be advantageous.
Comprehensive training will be provided for successful applicants, initially at our Black Forest headquarters with further on the job training provided in the field.
Key Attributes
Successful applicants will demonstrate a strong commitment towards health and safety, plus have the ability to work both un-supervised and as part of a team.
In addition to your proficiency with problem solving, your finely tuned communication skills, high attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude will contribute towards your success as a Logger.
Applicants MUST have a full, clean driver’s licence with the ability to drive manuals with truck licences looked upon favourably, but are not essential and a current Senior First Aid Certificate.
An essential part of the selection process involves a medical assessment, potentially a police clearance check and will require alcohol testing onsite.
